MODULE: NEGOTIATIONS 101

This training consists of a general overview of the negotiation process from A thru Z. Because it’s an overview, we will glaze over the entire process.  Helping you become more familiar with the jargon of negotiations and its terminology.

In negotiations, these are some terms that come up frequently:

  • EscalationNext, we will engage you in mock negotiations that allow you to role play. We conclude with discussions on negotiation best practices; followed by an in depth Q & A.These two training modules consist of extensive training but not limited to the following modules listed below:
