Mission Statement

CFSA strives to develop a dutiful, ethical, and accommodating environment of which our locals and all school administrators are the benefactors. CFSA pledges to create productive partnerships, while maintaining transparency, visibility, and accountability; CFSA recognize the needs of its members to be productive, thus, we will provide services and products that address their concerns, e.g., contract awareness/negotiations, webinars/workshops, grievance procedures/disciplinary issues, state statutes, and legal advice.
