Reign Brawley

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is known as a “troubleshooter” who brings order to chaos; she has over 10 years of experience and business acumen in project management, business solutions, and organizational behavior. While acting as an Executive Consultant for Channeled Reflections, Reign has provided community stakeholders, non-profits, private, and public organizations, in local and Midwestern communities with professional insight on several subjects: organizational architecture, financial controls and reporting, and human capital management.

Ms. Brawley has held numerous positions such as Affirmative Action Officer, Project Participation Manager, Compliance Officer, Human Resources Information Analyst, and Human Resources Manager, prior to becoming the Executive Consultant for Channeled Reflections. In these functions, she was responsible for creating innovative business strategies and planning procedures to evaluate human capital. Reign has created, authored and implemented various business modules, i.e., training and development, mentoring, business expansion, leadership coaching, and organizational behavior.

Ms. Brawley has served as Mayor Carl Amento’s liaison to the Human Rights and Relations Committee for the Town of Hamden. Soon, after the disaster of September 11; she teamed with LightSpeed, LLC to roll out “Unity Dialogue;” a yearlong project, which earned the Mayor statewide recognition for developing stronger community relations in the Town of Hamden. Ms. Brawley is an alumna of Southern Connecticut State University, where she earned a B/A in Psychology and a B/S in Public Health. In, 2009, she completed an MBA at the University of New Haven. She is an active member of SHRM, APHA, CPHA, Golden Key, Psi Chi, Eta Sigma Gamma, and SOPHE. Reign specializes in health promotions’ and volunteers her services to non-profit organizations. Ms. Brawley held the post of Director of HR Operations at CFSA from 2012-2016.
